One of my MANY skills, includes making websites! I'm familiar with the standard web languages, as well as having knowledge of frameworks/packages such as Wordpress, Bootstrap 4, Next.js, Ruby, Shopify and Squarespace.

This one feels a little silly to point out, but I programmed this entire portfolio site too! It's inspired by Kendrick Lamar's Oklama.com website he used to create hype for his album Mr.Morale and the Big Steppers. The site's home page features various draggable folders that each lead to a clean minimalistic portfolio page (like this one!). This design allows me to send the same site to anyone who's interested in any of the services I offer, instead of making a separate site for each one! The site is fully mobile compatible/responsive, and I paid special attention to making sure the drag functions worked as expected on mobile, by utilising the interact.js framework.

Made from scratch, with additional libraries such as Interact.js, GLightbox and Swiper being used.

Restore

Helen and Wendy, 2 lovely therapists from Southampton, approached me to make a website for their new joint group therapy business, Restore! Squarespace was chosen as the platform to make the site with, as it would be much easier for them to manage it and make small changes themselves. I also created their social assets and worked with them to create an updated version of their logo with a new dynamic colour scheme.

Loftrobe

Visit the Loftrobe Website!!
Loftrobe provides powered storage solutions that descend from your ceiling! For this job, I made the website in Wordpress, wrote all the copy, created a custom payment gateway in Ruby that interacted with a REST API used by a financing company. The design was intended to be very sleek and minimalistic, with a heavy focus on the products.

Mor Baselious Church

Visit the Mor Baselious Website!!
Mor Baselious is a Syrian Orthodox Jacobite Church in Bristol, for which I was commissioned to make a website. The goal was to make a simple, easy to understand and responsive site for potential church goers and current members to refer to when looking for information about the church/community. Its fully responsive and made using Bootstrap 4, with all the copywriting done by me.
